User Data Deletion Instructions
Step-by-step instructions for Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram users to request the permanent deletion of their personal and conversation data.
Your Right to Complete Data Erasure
In accordance with Meta Developer Platform Policies and global data privacy standards, Twinkle Bud provides simple, direct mechanisms for users to revoke platform access and request the complete purging of all interaction data.
Method 1: Remove App via Facebook Settings
If you have interacted with the Twinkle Bud application or logged in using Facebook Login, you can remove the integration and revoke access at any time directly through your Facebook account:
- Step 1: Log into your Facebook account on web or mobile, click your profile avatar, and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Step 2: In the left sidebar (or Settings menu on mobile), select Apps and Websites.
- Step 3: Locate Twinkle Bud in the list of connected applications and click Remove.
- Step 4: Check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events that Twinkle Bud may have received, and confirm by clicking Remove.
Method 2: Request Server-Side Data Deletion
To permanently delete all conversation transcripts, Page-Scoped IDs (PSID), customer notes, delivery addresses, and contact phone numbers stored on our servers:

Email Subject: Facebook User Data Deletion Request
Required Details:
- Your full Facebook Profile Name.
- The Phone Number or Email associated with your order/chat inquiries (if any).
- (Optional) Approximate date of your conversation or order number.
Turnaround Time
Processed within 48 to 72 business hours

Confirmation email with audit code sent back
What Data Is Permanently Erased?
Upon processing your request:
- All direct message histories and attachment URLs in our social conversation store are permanently purged.
- Your Facebook Page-Scoped User ID (PSID) is decoupled and deleted.
- Any temporary order draft or pending cart information is wiped.
- Note: Financial accounting records for completed, delivered transactions and invoices are retained strictly for the statutory duration mandated by national tax laws, after which they are automatically anonymized.
